Come to Carve Tahoe at Northstar California to watch some of the best snow sculptors in the world compete at this international snow sculpting competition. While at Carve you can snowboard, ski, eat, drink, be merry and enjoy one of the most beautiful resort destinations in the world. The Carvers arrive on January 27th from Finland, Germany, Japan, The Netherlands, Czech Republic, Canada and the US. From January 28th to February 2nd teams sculpt all day and into the night to prepare for Saturday Judging. The BEST dates to come view the sculptures are Thursday, January 30th, Friday, January 31st and Saturday, February 1st. There is no guarantee the sculptures will make it past Sunday February 2nd! We ask that visitors vote with a few dollars for their favorite sculptures. Donations are used to determine the People’s Choice Award and a portion of the proceeds are given to the Humane Society of Tahoe Truckee. We look forward to seeing you in North Lake Tahoe this January 28th through February 2nd at Carve Tahoe. Carve Tahoe is free and open to the public at Northstar California Resort in North Lake Tahoe.
